Step 1.

Review We.hub models and options such as the collaboration technology,  OnBoard Power system™, and We.hub Kick Off Plan.  The technology offered by We.hub is itemized out as clients may want to provide their own technology.

Step 2.

Go to our contact us page and tell us (in the comment section) which We.hub models and options you are interested in. Also, let us know the following

1. Where you plan to use the We.hub centers in your facility
2. What situations (scenarios) do you see We.hub benefiting your organization.  Feel free to share the types of teams and or projects they could be used with
3. Would the We.hub centers be a simple addition to your current office setting, for a current remodel project, for a current new build or for a future remodel?
4. What type of company do you have and/or where We.hub centers would be installed?

Step 3.

We.hub specialist will contact you within 24 hours to answer any of your questions and fill you in on lead times and availability.  For immediate assistance, call 619-422-2899 and ask for We.hub specialist.

Step 4.

Confirm selections and get order placed with We.hub specialist.  We.hub will collect client’s technology point of contact.*

Step 5.

We.hub the technology team specialist will contact client’s technology point of contact to discuss the technology and answer any questions. Technology set up instructions will also be sent to this point of contact.

Step 6.

Client receives We.hub Collaboration Center(s). When client is ready to start the initial set up process, client’s technology point of contact calls We.hub technology specialist with any questions and consultation.
